Le gite rural de la Sémondière, labellisé Gite de France 3 épis et gite de pêche : maison en bois situé dans un parc paysager et fleuri d'un hectare près de la ferme des propriétaires.
Il se compose au RDC d'une grande pièce de vie (salle à manger, salon, cuisine ouverte aménagée, arrière cuisine, wc indépendants, une chambre adaptée aux handicaps avec salle d'eau et wc attenants et privatifs
A l'étage, deux chambres aménagées dans les combles, une salle de bain et WC
Une terrasse entoure la moitié du gite
Petit plan d'eau dont la pêche est réservée aux locataires, il est également accessible aux personnes en situation de handicap
L'accueil se fait en direct par les propriétaires.
