Le CRTH est un lieu culturel pilote de rayonnement national et international sur le Handicap articulé autour de 4 grands domaines d’activités, accessible au grand public comme aux professionnels :

Un lieu de recherche et de création artistique,
Une école de théâtre Acte 21, basée sur l’égalité d'accès, d'usage et de qualité,
Une compétence en conseil/expertise sur le Handicap et les métiers de la culture,
Des services et des outils favorisant l’accessibilité.

A chaque nouvel arrivant en situation en handicap visuel une visite spatial et tactile des locaux est proposée.
