Créée par le Département de l'Hérault, la Cité des savoirs et du sport pour tous rassemble en un lieu unique Hérault Sport, les Archives départementales, la Médiathèque départementale et l'espace Jeunes Citoyens. pierresvives propose de nouveaux services gratuits et accessibles à tous : expositions, conférences-débats, ateliers, événements…
pierresvives accessible à tous c’est : une Médiathèque de 1000 m², deux salles de lecture des Archives (300 m² chacune), une galerie d’exposition, un amphithéâtre de 210 places, soit 3500 m² ouverts aux publics pour la découverte de la culture et du sport.
Une offre culturelle riche et diversifiée, dans un lieu exceptionnel qui se veut accessible à tous.
C’est pourquoi le département de l'Hérault s’attache à garantir à l’ensemble des visiteurs un confort optimal dans les espaces publics, ainsi que dans les visites guidées, les ateliers et les animations.
